Tick, Tock

Here is an update on behalf of Kenzie...

It is now Wednesday morning and we are still waiting to see our little boy. Praise God that Dusty arrived last night and that Maddox did not decide to arrive before then. Dusty's Mom is now here and my parents have about two hours left on their drive down from Nebraska. We have a very large group of friends here by our side that have been a tremendous help. In has been amazing to see the outpouring of love from those around us and those sending their love from far away.

Not a whole lot has changed as far as my progression. My doctor has given me Cytotec and still thinks that Maddox is going to be in our arms some time today. We expect to be talking to our doctor again very soon and should have more details to update everyone with. Thank you again for praying for us and please continue to pray for Maddox's safe delivery.

Thanking the Lord with all of my heart this morning that He got Dusty there safely to you and that He is getting family there safely too. I am ashamed to admit that I was starting to doubt His plan and worry for you. I know better but........ I am back on track praying for you and for Maddox to be safe in His hands as He places this wonderful little boy into yours. May Gods peace reign over all who are there with you, and doctors and nurses, and praying that any time now, you will be looking face to face with a miracle from God. May your joy be full and your time be long and blessed. He is with you and holding you up.

Love, Laurie in Ca.

Hey- my name is Sarah and I had a cousin with Trisomy 18- she lived to be 18 and was such a cool girl! My family goes to a conference for families and kids of Trisomy 18 called the SOFT conference. It is great- they have medical professionals and even stuff for the siblings to do- so google SOFT I think you will really like it! They have a newsletter and lots of info on their website too. My email is Sarahbeth72081@aol.com if you need any more info! May God Bless you and your little boy!
