I must caveat the sleeping picture... she's not in her crib yet- still in the bassinet and definitely not sleeping on her tummy while I'm not with her. I laid her on her tummy while helping Deacon get dressed in his room and this is what I found 3 minutes later... all curled up in a ball and sleeping like a champ. SO FRUSTRATING since I won't ever put her to sleep like this :) But thank you to anonymous for being concerned!!
These pictures are so adorable Kenzie and Deacon looks like he has taken to being a big brother again and it is so sweet. When God restores as He promises, the outcome is so beautiful and full of grace.
Times have changed so much since my twins were babies (37 years ago). They shared a crib and slept on their tummys all the time. They always ended up next to eachother when I woke them to nurse. No one ever mentioned any danger. She looks so content and happy and blessed. I love you guys.

Oh, come on, Kenzie. You know I love the rebel in all of us! She looks perfectly comfortable, ... but I'm sure you won't dare let her sleep on her belly, now ... what with anonymous whoevers letting you know about how they feel about it!
That is, until she gets old enough to flip herself to the position she finds most comfortable. Then what will they say to you??! ;)
Love you! Try and guess who this anonymous commenter is!!!
I recently came across your blog, and I have really enjoyed getting to know your family. I pray for you all on a daily basis. I have given you an award... come to my blog to pick it up, and pass it on to 10 of your blogging friends. God Bless, Candace
Sweetie~ ignore all comments from anonymous posters. It is your sweet baby and you do what you want with her. My 2 little ones (4 and 2) BOTH slept on their tummies and they are wonderfully healthy!
You are a mommy and a good one, not an idiot! So, when you get posts from "anonymous" who wish to give you "advice", just delete it. You are great!!
oh Kenzie! she is so precious and beautiful. i have to say the curled up in a ball on their tummies with their cute little touches stuck in the air is one of my favorite positions to see them in. Amazing that anyone would make a comment from one picture such as this. No worries! she is just precious! Just FYI, there are plenty of circumstances in which a doctor which actually recommend a baby to sleep on their tummy for their safety. Interesting! so happy you are all enjoying this special time! blessings, jen in al

Both my babies ALWAYS slept on their tummies just like that - they slept longer and better and were more comfortable, helped with gas too. If they spit up it just fell right out of their mouthes. And I'm a nurse! Not telling you what to do of course....
Hey Kenzie. Just popped in to look at your blog. I'm so sorry for the scare with Faith. I've kept up with you regularly through Christine and I hope you don't mind me looking at your incredible blog. You and your family will continue to be in my prayers. You'll never know what an example and encouragement you've been to so many people. Including me! Merry Christmas - wendi junod
Just stopping in this morning to thank you for the most wonderful and treasured card. When my honey got home from work and saw it, he said "What a great family", is this one of your girls? He knows my heart and I love him for his big heart. I love you girl and can't wait to learn how to post pictures so I can share my treasures with you. Have a wonderful weekend. I need to get my tree!
What a precious little girl. She looks so much like Deacon. She is beautiful.

P.S. Her crib set is so cute...personalized even!

You my friend are blessed!
On this cold day all curled up, I think she has the right idea.
